Analytical platform

The bioanalysis platform of the UMR CNRS 7025 includes numerous equipment for performing spectroscopic, nanometric measurements and the study of molecular interactions.

  • The spectroscopic measurements are made from 2-UV-VIS spectrometers (Cary 60-Agilent ®), (Specord 205-Analytical Jena ®),3-fluorescence spectrometers (Fluorolog-Horriba ®), (Cary Eclipse-Varian®), (Fluorescence polarization plate reader-BMG®), an Impedance spectroscopy (Autolab ®).
  • The nanometric measurements are made from a Zetasizer Nano ZS (Malvern®), Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (Malvern ®).
  • The study of molecular interactions are carried out from 3-Surface plasmon Surface (BIAcore T100-General Electric ®), (SPR Bionavis 210-A ®), (SPR Kretschmann- MPI Polymer Res ®), 2-Quartz microbalance (QCM-D-Q-Sense®), a nano-calorimeter ITC (TA instruments ®)

  • The Bioanalysis platform is also equipped with a Brewster-angle microscope (Accurion ®) that allows the for the study of the organization of the lipid layers and films.
